How does it work?

The process is simple and our counselors are available to help you through each step. You can call us at 1-877-837-8669 for pre-test counseling and appointment arrangements or you can submit an appointment request on line.

Find A Location

Use our simple form to select a location in your area. If you cannot locate a test site or do not wish to make arrangements online, call 1-877-837-8669 and a counselor will assist you in finding one that is most convenient for you.

Make Arrangements

After you receive an email notification of your request, call 1-877-837-8669 to speak to a counselor. Our counselors are available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am-7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am-1:00 pm Central Standard Time. If after pre-test counseling a determination is made that you are at risk or that testing is warranted, your appointment information will then be confirmed, and you will the be given our secure, toll-free Result Line phone number.

Get Tested

At the pre-determined Patient Service Center (PSC), you will have your specimen collected by a certified phlebotomist through a blood-draw and/or a urine specimen. The procedure is non-invasive and usually only takes 15-20 minutes. After your specimen has been collected, you can continue with your day.

Obtain Results

For your convenience, test results are obtained by phone and most are available as soon as the next business day. One of our qualified counselors, not a recording, will clearly interpret your test results and will gladly answer any further questions or concerns you may have at that time. After you have heard your test results verbally, arrangements can be made for you to receive a copy of your lab report.
